Teacher Effectiveness Training (TET)

1) Determine if the problem exist

6) Modifying the enviroment

The system TET only applies when
- Students feel accepted in class
- Students are mentally healthy
- Students can take responsibility
- Teacher cares about the relationship and values it..

Based on philosophy that mean children are inherently rational and if directed and forced by teachers will be stifled...
Assumptions: students are motivated to be good, should be supported by accepted relationship and is capable of solving their own problems..
