He Asks

He asks why why why why why. I am not interested. I don't know what you're talking about. Don't presuppose. No one is replying..

Nobody cares, but why i care?

it's 12:24AM iam just writing but for what i dont know, maybe oneday someone will read what i wrote..

No purpose or goal for what i waiting, hoping, thinking and dreaming about.. For that from now i need to change, i must be another person, think And act different way, maybe then i will be happy.. Maybe, who knows.

It's 12:29 AM now,  and i hadn't finish writing one page, maybe cause i stopped reading anything from very lobg time ago, i really dont know, i just feel pain when i write anything..

Why iam like that? Am i different? Am i bad?

Am i being punished by God?

Maybe i did something wrong but i forget what i had done!

How bad i am, the worse thing is that i cant even remember what make me reach this stage of feelings?

Am i a bad person?

I tried many things, but nothing helped me get better..

I need answers, i always need answers, but who is ready to answer me, walk with me, give me advices..

Are humans bad creatures?

Are they?

Or its only me, the one who feel this way?

Causes Of Disruptive Behavior

1) Poor General Management: absence of skillful handling "attention, momentum, space, time" creates distraction.
2) Inappropriate Work: the work is not appropraite "too easy or too hard" and mismatch students learning style.
3) Boring Instruction: using same format and activities day after day creates boredom.
4) A Need For Fun And Stimulation: students would almost prefer fool around then do their work, so teacher should expect that and not reject it.
5) Internal Physical Cause: students dont hear well.
6) External Physical Cause: light, when the light turned off.
7) Students Sence Of Powerlessness: students like to feel that they have certain reponsibility.
8) Students Ignorance Of How To Do The Expected Behavior: sometimes students really dont know what they are asked to do, they lack this knowledge.

Behavioral Modification

- Reinforcement
- Rewards
- Schedual
- Punishment
- Threating
- Modeling
- Praise
- Gives misunderstanding
- Specify the behavior
- Elimination of bad behavior
We use behavioral modification in classroom to:
1) Reinforce good behavior
2) Eliminate bad behavior
Example of reinforcer is GAMES.

Extinction (elemination) is achieved when an inappropraite behavior is ignored and an apporpraite behavior is reinforced..

Note: it is mistake to use punishment of child, cause punishment could reinforce the behavior because of the attention.
Negative side effects of using punishment:
• students became disruptive
• students will continue to seek attention
• students may stop learning
• students may damage school property

Better conversation, better education.

The more you talk, ask questions, give answers whatever it is right or wrong then the more you learn.
From my experience as a student i learned and i still learning till now many important things that related to conversations (positive one's) that students who always practice, share their ideas with their teachers and their classmates always get high marks and be successful one's.
However making conversations is not the only method to get educated and being intelligent one, that there are people who have disabilities, and who can't really participate or maybe they are so shy one's with low selfconfident but they get high marks without ever raise their hands the whole year!!
Education is not about the quantity of lessons or hours at class you attend, it is about the quantity of ideas, thoughts you gain at the end of this class..
So that be better person, don't be afraid to share your opinions or thoughts whatever it is, and always think positive, and make more conversations and search's about your domain and try to link what is happening with you at class with the real life..
Open new conversations, cause good education starts with a conversation, so master the basics of conversations and seek facts and find the answers of your questions and through conversations formulate new questions and create new soultions... Experience the life, help people understand what is life, what is hope, Open Conversations..

Teacher Effectiveness Training (TET)

By Thomas Gordon
3 main keys:
1) Active Listening
2) I-Message
3) Gear Shifting

6 steps:
1) Determine if the problem exist
2) Own the problem
3) Listen actively
4) Gear shifting
5) Method III
6) Modifying the enviroment

The system TET only applies when
- Students feel accepted in class
- Students are mentally healthy
- Students can take responsibility
- Teacher cares about the relationship and values it..

Teacher Effectiveness Training
Based on philosophy that mean children are inherently rational and if directed and forced by teachers will be stifled...
Assumptions: students are motivated to be good, should be supported by accepted relationship and is capable of solving their own problems..

LAKOTA PRAYER

Wakan Tanka, Great Mystery
Teach me how to trust
My heart
My intuition
My mind
My inner knowing
The sences of my body
The blessings of my spirit
Teach me to trust these things
So that i may enter my sacred space
And love beyond my fear
And thus walk in balance
With the passing of each glorious sun

Things I learned at Lebanese University during my whole years ofstudying

Nothing!
To be honest, really i don't know from where to start, but the years i spent at Lebanese university was really spent on nothing, i learned nothing there related to English language.. The courses we took there were only novels "world novels", like (pride and prejudice, the prophet, waiting for Godot, hamlet, Pamela, Shakespeare poems, William Wordsworth). Everything were related to English literature only, nothing related to grammar, conversation, vocab s, communication skills, or to any kind of courses that students in other universities (private universities) are learning it..
During those days, my only wish was to finish university and get graduate, i didn't give an importance to the coming days when am going to teach at schools, what to do, how to plan my lessons, and to deal with students.... And the term objective was unknown to me!
What i can say, maybe it's cause of the national curriculum who need update or it's cause of bad management there or Doctors themselves who didn't made us a single day that they care for our education and development.
Really there is a need for a change in the curriculum first, then in the Doctors who are responsible for everything of their students, but indeed they don't care at all..
